Thank you for choosing iPost. Here are the Terms and Conditions for using our service. By submitting your order form you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions listed in our Terms and Conditions statement.
Submission of the order form and payment for our service constitutes agreement with our terms.
iPost provides a real estate post RENTAL service. All posts, info-boxes, info-tubes, and riders are RENTALS only, and you will not own the posts or other items that you are renting. The rental period shall be for a 12 month term, until sale of property or listing expiration. Extended rental is $18.00 for the second year (flat rate). Sign posts are non-transferable, unless first contacting iPost to notify of account change and re-billing information. No sign posts may be moved from the original installation location and must remain at that original location until pickup by iPost. You agree to pay for your service at the time of order unless prior arrangements have been made by you and iPost. iPost will charge you a $25.00 fee for checks returned by the bank for any reason. Any invoices not paid in full within 30 days of the invoice date will be assessed a $5.00 late fee. iPost has a usual 24 to 72 hour time frame for all residential and commercial real estate sign installations unless one of the following applies: Acts of God (severe weather conditions, death, fire etc.), you have a past due account with us, or you supply inaccurate information. If your post(s) for some reason other than the ones listed herein are not installed in this time period, please contact iPost at (727) 392-8707 or Fax (727) 392-8676 or e-mail forrestipost@gmail.com.
Post removal: Removal of posts will be 24-72 hours free of charge, after your removal order has been processed. In the unlikely event that your post rental is either stolen or destroyed at the time of pickup you will be charged $30.00. iPost also provides sign/panel storage at no additional charge. iPost is not responsible for damages to your signs/panels while storing them or the normal wear and tear. If the signs and panels are lost, stolen or damaged while at your property we assume no liability. Wrong address fee is an additional $15.00. iPost charges an additional $15.00 for Pasco and Hillsborough counties. For orders outside of these counties, please contact our office for a rate quote.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your post order within 24 hours of placing it and receive a full refund. If your post has already been delivered and installed when you cancel your order, and more than 24 hours has elapsed since you placed your order, you receive no refund.
Privacy: We value your privacy and we will protect it. iPost will not sell, rent, lease, give out or distribute your personal or company information to any 3rd party for any reason.
Web Site Security: iPost uses the latest in 256 bit secure socket layer security for all of your transactions.
